Smile Trainer: Terms of Service
Smile Trainer (the "App") is operated by Peppertree.
Effective Date: April 6, 2026
Use License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The App provides a timed mirror-practice routine for personal self-improvement only. It is not a medical device and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
