RainyMood: Know Before Rain

RainyMood shows today's weather, tells you about an hour before rain starts, and keeps a one-tap mood journal. A monthly calendar puts your check-ins next to the weather of each day.

Why RainyMood is different

Most weather apps stop at the forecast, and most mood journals ignore the sky. RainyMood saves the temperature, rain chance, humidity and wind with every check-in, so a rainy Tuesday and a clear one sit side by side on the calendar and in a monthly summary.

Features

• Weather where you are: temperature, conditions, chance of rain, humidity and wind
• Rain alert: a notification about an hour before the next rain in the coming 24 hours, with Low (70%), Medium (50%) and High (30%) sensitivity
• One-tap mood check-in: five levels and an optional note, saved with that moment's weather
• Mood calendar: each day is tinted by its weather, with a check-in streak
• Monthly summary: check-ins, average mood, and rainy days against clear ones
• Evening reminder: an optional 8 PM nudge to log your mood
• Your language: English, Korean, Japanese or Simplified Chinese, following your phone

How the rain alert works

RainyMood reads the forecast the first time you open it each day and when you pull down to refresh, then schedules one notification on your phone. It does not watch the weather in the background, so a forecast that changes later in the day shows up after your next refresh.

What it costs, and what it keeps

• Free. There are no ads or in-app purchases, and you don't need to sign up
• Check-ins, notes and settings are saved on your phone. Deleting the app removes them
• Each forecast request sends your phone's approximate coordinates to Open-Meteo. We do not keep them. Details are in the privacy policy
