RainyMood (the "App") is operated by Peppertree.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Weather predictions and mood assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for mental health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPPERTREE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
