RainyMood: Terms of Service

RainyMood (the "App") is operated by Peppertree. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Free App

The App is free. It does not show ads and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Weather Data

Weather and forecast data comes from Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) and is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Forecasts can be wrong or unavailable, and a rain alert is only as good as the forecast it was scheduled from. The App reads the forecast when it fetches the weather, and it does not monitor the weather in the background, so an alert may not reflect a forecast that changed after your last refresh. Do not rely on the App where weather could put people or property at risk.

Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RainyMood is a journal and a weather companion. Weather information and mood records are for general information only and are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for mental health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Peppertree BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
