Tendly: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tendly (the "App") provided by Peppertree ("we", "us").

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. User Content

Any content you create in the App (diary entries, tracker data, notes, etc.) remains yours. Because the App is local-first, this content stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The App provides general parenting information, tracker tools, and checklists for convenience only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not ship any country's immunization or well-child checkup schedule; follow the schedule your own pediatrician gives you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child's health.

5. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
