By downloading or using Spendful (the "App"), you agree to these terms.

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Spendful on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Redistribute or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Spendful is a journaling tool, not accounting software, and it does not give financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Purchases and Ads

Spendful is free and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. It shows one banner advertisement at the bottom of the History tab, served by a third-party advertising service. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
