By installing or using Pyre (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.

License

Peppertree grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App in violation of any applicable law

Purchases

Pyre v1.0.0 is free and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Pyre is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage ADHD or any other condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
