Summary

MoodDrop does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

What we store

• Locally on your device only: the mood texts you tap "save" on, plus your last selected category. We use Hive (a local database) and iOS/Android's own app-sandboxed storage. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
• Nothing on our servers: MoodDrop does not run a backend, does not require an account, and does not connect to any third-party analytics or advertising service.

In-app purchases

MoodDrop v1.0.0 is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.

What we do NOT collect

• Name, email, phone number, location
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera
• Advertising ID, IDFA, IDFV
• Browsing / usage analytics
• Crash reports

Network usage

MoodDrop works fully offline. The only network requests the app may make are:

• Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support email) in your system browser / mail app — these happen only when you tap them
• System-level OS services not controlled by the app

Children's privacy

MoodDrop is safe for all ages. It does not knowingly collect data from children because it does not collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, a new version with a new "Last updated" date will be published at https://apps.peppertree.so/mooddrop/privacy.
