1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Moldless ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Moldless provides informational mold risk checks and step-by-step cleanup guidance for common household mold, organized around optional user-supplied photos. The App is free. It shows one banner ad at the bottom of the History tab, served by a third-party ad provider; see the Privacy Policy for how ads and consent choices work.

3. Disclaimer: IMPORTANT

The App is for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Results are an automated, image-based estimate from color and texture and may not be accurate.
  • The App does NOT provide medical, health, or professional remediation advice.
  • Always consult a qualified professional (healthcare provider, mold remediation specialist) for definitive identification and treatment.
  • Do not rely solely on this App for health or safety decisions.
  • The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this App.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own safety when dealing with mold.
  • Always wear appropriate protective equipment as recommended.
  • Never mix bleach with ammonia, vinegar or other cleaners.
  • Consult professionals for extensive mold problems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in this App are owned by Peppertree.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS APP.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
