What MindCard Is

MindCard is a self-care companion app that provides short reset cards: one sentence, one question, and one reframe. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

License

Peppertree grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MindCard on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms that apply to your device.

Acceptable Use

Do not reverse-engineer the app, redistribute the card content as your own product, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

No Warranty

MindCard is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every card will be useful for every person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree's total liability for any claim arising from MindCard is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at https://apps.peppertree.so/mindcard/terms with a new Last updated date.
