These terms govern your use of Lumio ("the app"), provided by Peppertree.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Lumio delivers a single short fortune and one suggested action per day. The content is intended for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise — and must not be relied upon for any such purpose.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code beyond what is permitted by law
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the app or its content
4. In-app purchases
Lumio v1.0.0 is fully free and contains no in-app purchases.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
