Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Linglish mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Linglish is an English vocabulary learning application that provides:

  • Daily word learning with definitions, examples, and pronunciation
  • Favorites and bookmarking
  • Progress tracking and learning statistics
  • Daily notification reminders (optional)
  • Card-based word reveal system: 10 cards per session, refills 1 per hour

User Responsibilities

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Intellectual Property

  • All vocabulary content, definitions, examples, and audio materials are provided for educational purposes
  • Linglish and associated logos are trademarks of Peppertree

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
