These Terms of Service govern your use of KanaFlip (the "App") operated by Peppertree.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, audio, and software, is the property of Peppertree and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
