• Personalized cold assessments are informational only
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's assessments

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your device and data
• Do not use the App for safety-critical weather decisions

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in IsCold are owned by kentt.

Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
