IsCold: Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using IsCold (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

IsCold shows the current and feels-like temperature for your location, compares today with yesterday, and lets you log how the day felt. Your logs are used on your device to calculate an IsCold Score and a short history. The App is free. It contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases.

Weather Data

Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo.com under the CC BY 4.0 license and may not always be accurate or available. If the weather service cannot be reached, the App cannot show the weather.

Disclaimer

  • Weather information and your IsCold Score are provided "as is" without warranty and are for information only
  • Do not use the App for safety-critical decisions, and always check official warnings in severe weather
  • Peppertree is not responsible for decisions made based on the App

Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify or tamper with the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, design and code of IsCold are the property of Peppertree, except weather data, which belongs to its providers under their licenses. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Peppertree provides the App without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
