1. Service

DreamSeer (the "App") is a mobile dream dictionary that provides interpretations of dream keywords, combining Korean traditional dream reading and modern psychology perspectives. Interpretations come from a built-in, hand-curated dictionary that runs entirely on your device.

2. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for entertainment and cultural reference only.
  • Interpretations must not be treated as medical, psychological, or religious advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the App's output.

3. Price

  • The App is free to use, with no daily limits and no in-app purchases.
  • The App contains no advertising.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit illegal, abusive, or hateful content as dream input
  • Reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the App via automation
  • Use the App to harm or impersonate others

5. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and interpretation content are owned by the developer (KentT). You retain rights to any dream text you enter; that text stays on your device.

6. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
  • The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use.

7. Changes and Termination

  • The developer may change or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
  • Users will be notified via in-app notice or store listing when practical.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive jurisdiction: Seoul Central District Court.
