Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Deklare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Deklare is a personal development app that helps you practice daily affirmations and declarations. The App provides tools to create, manage, and track your declaration practice.

Use of the App

  • You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You are responsible for all content you create within the App (declarations, goals, etc.).
  • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

User Content

  • All declarations and personal content you create are stored locally on your device.
  • We do not access, view, or store your personal content on our servers.
  • You retain all rights to the content you create within the App.

In-App Purchases

Pricing and Payment

  • Deklare offers optional premium features through a one-time (lifetime) in-app purchase.
  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.

What You Get

  • A one-time purchase unlocks all premium features permanently ("lifetime access").
  • Premium features include: unlimited goals, premium share cards, unlimited streak freezes, full practice history, and all future premium features.
  • There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies.
  • To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
  • We do not process refunds directly as all payments go through the app stores.

Restore Purchases

  • You can restore your purchase on the same or a new device at any time through the App settings.
  • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account.

Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-created content), is owned by Peppertree.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.
  • Deklare and the Peppertree name and logo are trademarks of Peppertree.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • Deklare is a personal development tool and does not provide financial, medical, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases.

Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
  • Purchased premium features remain yours even if the App is discontinued.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
