WickedPad: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WickedPad (the "App"), operated by Peppertree.

Use License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any derivative work
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create. WickedPad saves your journal entries only on your device and never sends them to Peppertree, so we never see, store, or process them.

Advertising

The App is free and shows one banner ad at the bottom of the home entry list, provided by a third-party ad network. Ad content belongs to the advertisers, and Peppertree does not endorse the products or services advertised. How the ad software handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. WickedPad is a personal journaling tool, not a medical, therapeutic, or mental-health service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of journal data resulting from device damage, loss, or app uninstallation.

Data Loss

Because WickedPad stores entries only on your device and does not sync them to any cloud service, uninstalling the App or resetting your device can permanently delete all journal entries. You are solely responsible for any manual export or backup you wish to keep.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
