Welcome to Ziply. By downloading, installing, or using the Ziply mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Shorten links to illegal, malicious, or harmful content (malware, phishing, fraud).
  • Violate any applicable laws or the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or connected services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we detect abuse.

3. User-Generated Content

Any URLs, aliases, or passwords you create ("User Content") are your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to create short links for those destinations.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and source code are the property of Peppertree, except for third-party open-source components used under their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time. Changes to these Terms will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
