Write the push you will need to hear, then pick when it lands. SelfPush lets you write a few lines now and have them arrive later as a real push notification, when you are most likely to need them.
Only your own words
Most reminder apps push generic quotes from strangers. SelfPush sends only what you wrote. There are no curated quotes or AI-generated affirmations, only your own words, arriving when you need them.

- Your own messages: short notes in your words, as many as you like
- Daily push: pick a time in Settings and each day one saved message is chosen at random
- Exact date and time: give a single message its own day and time
- Full-screen reading: tap the push to open the message, signed "from your past self"
- Alerts tab: a history of the pushes that have already arrived
- Edit anytime: change, reschedule or delete any message

What it costs, and what it keeps
- Free. One small banner ad sits at the bottom of the Alerts tab. The other tabs and the full-screen message never show an ad
- In places where the law requires consent (the EEA and UK), a form asks about ads before any ad loads, and Settings shows an Ad privacy options row wherever the form applies. On iPhone the system tracking prompt appears only if that form allows it
- No account and no in-app purchases
- Your messages, schedule and history are saved on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them
- Ad requests are handled by the ad provider under its own policy. Details are in the privacy policy

- How does SelfPush deliver my message?
- SelfPush delivers each message as a normal push notification on your phone. Tap the notification to read the full message on its own screen.
- Can I pick an exact date and time?
- SelfPush lets you give a single message its own date and time, or choose one daily push time. For a daily push, one of your saved messages is picked at random.
- Can I change a message after saving it?
- SelfPush lets you edit, reschedule or delete any message whenever you want.
- Do I need an account?
- SelfPush needs no account. Your messages, schedule and delivery history are stored on your phone and delivered as local notifications.
- Does SelfPush show ads?
- SelfPush is free and shows one small banner ad at the bottom of the Alerts tab. The other tabs and the full-screen message have no ads. Where the law requires it, a consent form asks before any ad loads.
- Why didn't my scheduled notification arrive?
- SelfPush schedules daily pushes two weeks ahead and tops them up whenever you open the app. Delivery also depends on your phone's notification and battery settings, so it is not guaranteed. Check that notifications for SelfPush are allowed.
- Does SelfPush send quotes or affirmations?
- SelfPush has no curated quotes and no AI-generated affirmations. Every message is one you wrote yourself.
