By downloading, installing, or using RichHabits ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

RichHabits is a personal wealth affirmation and habit-building app. The App allows you to create, read, and track daily affirmations to develop a wealth mindset.

Use of the App

  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

User Content

  • Affirmations and goals you create are your own content.
  • All user content is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or access your content on our servers.
  • You retain all rights to the content you create within the App.

In-App Purchases

  • The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases.
  • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable.

Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Peppertree.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • The affirmation content and methodology are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the App or modify its features at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates at this URL and indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
