RepTodo: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RepTodo (the "App"), operated by Peppertree.

Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage or overload any service.

Your Content

Workout items you create are your content and remain on your device. The App does not upload, store, or share your content on any server operated by Peppertree.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The App is a personal productivity tool and is not medical or fitness advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
