Madarart: Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Madarart (the "App"), operated by Peppertree.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.

3. Content

Goal grids you create are yours. We do not claim ownership. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
