Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using J-Mapcode, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

J-Mapcode provides address-to-Mapcode conversion for Japan GPS navigation systems. The app converts Japanese addresses and coordinates into Mapcodes that can be entered into car navigation devices.

Advertising

J-Mapcode is a free, ad-supported application.

  • The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob
  • Ads may appear as banners or interstitial screens during use
  • Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not controlled by Peppertree
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings

Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose of address/Mapcode conversion
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
  • Not use the app for any unlawful purpose

Accuracy of Information

  • Mapcode conversions are provided as-is based on third-party geocoding services
  • Peppertree does not guarantee the accuracy of conversion results
  • Always verify navigation destinations before driving
  • Peppertree is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect conversions

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of J-Mapcode are the property of Peppertree. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Peppertree provides J-Mapcode "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
