We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Critical issues (crash on launch, data loss) are prioritized.

- Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and the Dearday version (Settings → About) when reporting a bug.
Privacy & data requests
Per our Privacy Policy, Dearday does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your device. There is no server, no account, no analytics, and no third-party tracker. If you'd like a written confirmation of this for your own records, send us an email and we'll reply with a signed statement.
