DailyPushup: Push-up Counter

DailyPushup is a push-up counter made for the floor. Lay the phone down, touch the big button with your nose at the bottom of each rep, and the count goes up without you shifting your weight to reach the screen.

Counting with your eyes on the floor

Most rep counters ask for a free hand or a camera angle. DailyPushup needs neither: one large button gives a tick sound and a haptic on every rep, so you can count with your eyes on the floor. The rest of the app keeps track of your days: a goal for today, a streak for the days you hit it, and a calendar that shows the month at a glance.

• Nose-tap counting: a large on-screen button with a tick sound and haptic feedback on every rep, and an undo for a mistap
• Daily goal: a progress ring and a short celebration when you reach it
• Streaks: how many days in a row you hit your goal
• History calendar: a monthly heatmap of the days you trained, with a day-by-day rep list
• Pace Mode: a metronome counts for you at 2 to 5 seconds per rep, with a 3-2-1 countdown and pause and resume mid-set
• Daily reminder: one notification a day at a time you choose, 8 PM by default. Set it up on first launch or later in Settings, and the app asks for permission only after you turn it on
• Four languages: English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, following your phone's language

Price, ads and your data

• Free. One small banner ad sits at the bottom of the History screen. The counting screen and Pace Mode never show an ad, since that is where you tap with your nose
• Where the law requires it (the EEA and UK), a consent form asks for your ad choice first. On iPhone, the system tracking prompt appears only after that step allows it, and Settings has an Ad privacy options row where it applies
• No account and no sign-in, and no in-app purchases
• Your reps, goal and streak are saved on your device. There is no server that receives them, so uninstalling the app removes them
• Ad requests are handled by the ad provider under its own policy. Details are in the privacy policy
