Chemify: Terms of Service

By downloading or using Chemify (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use License

Peppertree grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. The App is provided for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the App.
  • Use the App in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the App to harass, defame, or harm others.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The personality and chemistry analyses provided by the App are intended for entertainment only. They are not professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice. Do not rely on the App for life decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or emotional distress.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. Google's terms and privacy policy govern the ads and the data the ads SDK collects; our Privacy Policy describes that data and your choices. Apart from the ads SDK the App integrates no third-party service, and everything you enter stays on your device.

6. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 7 days before taking effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
