Atomix: Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Atomix ("the App"), provided by Peppertree ("we", "us").

Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the store's (Apple App Store / Google Play) terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the App or its services.

Price

The App is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid features.

No Advertising

The App does not show advertising and does not integrate ad networks or third-party tracking SDKs.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPPERTREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
