License

Peppertree grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Alibi Shift on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple's standard end user license agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use the app or its original case content to create a competing product except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Peppertree may update case content, compatibility, or availability. Local progress may be lost when the app is removed or device storage is reset.

Fictional Content

All cases, people, organizations, places, and incidents in Alibi Shift are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
