Acceptance
By installing or using 3 Line Gratitude ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Peppertree grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- Use the app to violate any applicable law
Your content
Your gratitude entries belong to you. They stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or claim any rights to your content. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for backing up your data. Uninstalling the app or losing your device will erase your entries.
Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads via Google AdMob. By using the app, you accept that ads may be shown on the Calendar and Settings screens. Ads never appear on the writing screen. See the Privacy Policy for ad-related data handling.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
3 Line Gratitude is a journaling tool, not a medical, mental-health, or therapeutic service. If you are experiencing distress, please contact a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppertree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
